All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. No exceptions.

All tickets purchased through our web site are made available at our Will Call booth at the arena on the day of the event. The Will Call booth is located in the main entrance way to the Arena and tickets are placed under the last name that is entered on the order. You do not need your confirmation number to pick up the tickets at the Will Call booth but it can be helpful as a backup.
